No, not in the sense a dog or cat does as unlike domesticated animals foxes have no desire to please humans so they just do what they want.

Fennecs are however one of the easier fox species to keep as they require much less room and due to being smaller are less destructive then silvers for example.

In many ways having foxes sort of reverts the roles as unlike with a dog where your pet is always trying to make you happy with a fox you are always trying to get their attention and make them happy hehe.
