You own her parents? That's cool^^ I own two dogs and they are related too^^ I always wanted a fox but I can't Mainly because of the California's policy.

Yep I have her Mum and Dad, I got them last August so I must be doing something right for them to have kits already hehe.
The law in California is so silly, same with Colorado (where I am from), I would move back if not for that.

If you like California maybe Florida? It is really easy and cheep to get the license to keep foxes there.
I am moving to either Florida, Ohio or Oregon, Oregon being the hardest of the three to get a license in.

I see, I would like to get a big place and it would be kinda like a fox refuge for them. I will also teach them to hunt their prey and then when they are ready, let them back in the wild^^

That would really have to depend on the species and the laws in the area.
Take England for example, it is perfectly legal to take a fox from the wild however you cannot then release it unless you are a rehab centre.

Some places see foxes as pests and will not 'let' you help them.

I like your idea, if I had become a vet not a Doctor I would have been tempted to do the same. Rudi, one of my adult corsacs is a rescue:
