Ok, I've been watching yr lightning shots and still can't believe it. I envy you, every shot you submit is great.
So tell me, it's a ISO100, F4.5 and S13 seconds picture this one?
The trick is the that 13 seconds long exposure?
How come? please explain

You should see how many shots didn't turn out, but yeah that is the key, that way there is more time for the lighting to happen and less pictures taken, its really a balence, the 4.5 is pretty big, if you go to big you over expose when the flash happens, to small and you wont catch it properly, iso is usualy best on the lowest, less grain, and longer exposures.
