SDF-1 is one of my favorite ships. what are your thought on Google Sketchup? I have never used it but I might consider trying it out.

I guess if you look at this as the Clash of the Bioroids Macross, then yeah this is awesome. However, to me since I'm a big fan of the Harmony Gold version Robotech, this looks more like the SDF-2 Megalord that was never finished because when Khrion attacked the SDF-1 he took them both out. But again, that is just me i guess.

It mostly has to do with how Robotech and Macross diverged during Khyron's attack; the SDF-1 was irreparably damaged, but the Macross was salvageable. The Macross was subsequently refit into the above version and returned to service, and as robotechians know, the SDF-1, SDF-2 and Khyron's cruiser were buried

Β I made a model of the TV version of this ship although I kinda cheated by making the DYRL-version of the ARMDs for SDFNs ships, heheheΒ .
Β But I am debating if I should still build tv-version ARMDs tooΒ .
