This is TOTALLY awsome. I am amazed at the detail and the style - i can almost feel the heat
my only criticism would be that I think that the smooth rim of the globe should not be so smooth on the impact side of the shockwave, if that makes sense...

Omg. This is beautiful and inspirational. I love it. Is this a digital composition or rather all digitally created? 3d? or brushes? Either way, very well done although the explosion at the upper right do look a little off as well as cloned...That just could be what you were going for but it's rather odd to my own eyes. All together though I love it. Fav fur me!

fantastic. What about making a picture of a city being domolished by the shockwave. You know, like buildings being smashed into dust, people runing and just a total chaos. Like this wall of fire and death comming to kick all mens ass.

Now this is what I'm talking about. The composition isn't great, but it is there, and is of no hindrance to the awesome detail you put into the planet. Those solar flares were random and sucked, this makes some sense and is way better than the full piece.

hoooooooly hell. that is the most realistic looking flame effect i've ever seen created with photoshop, so far. excellent work on this. the colors are superb as well as detail put into this.
