Description
Vastness immeasurable, astounding spatial distances. Space resonates within infinite depths, incomprehensible except in the partial - an unbound source of mystery by which all continue, the continuum of infinity.-
In my tiredness I went to save the web-sized version of this, and in the process, ended up deleting the full resolution from photoshop's limited history (I have a version with the nebulae, but not with a tightened starfield nor any planets). Somewhat frustrating, so there's very little room to make wallpapers out of a flipped version. Similarly, no larger resolution prints will be available, though if anyone actually wants one I just may be able to recreate the finalised starfield/planets to make one available. Well, enjoy, I quite like the result - even more frustration for the loss of the high resolution - but at least the image has survived to be seen.

Hey! You've been featured in the Deep SPACE Blog - Issue #6 . Thanks for making such extraordinary pieces of art!
(yes, this is a mass message - so shoot me! It's still a freggin' good journal entry, and you're in it!)

Two things:
1) Frickin' amazing!
2) That's why I save everything in incremental backups. Start at "Title_001_001.XXX" and just up the second number every time I save. that way, I have backups in-case I accidentally overwrite a file, it gets corrupted, or somehow moved or deleted, and I can always go back and change something without having to redo half the image in the process.
Try it, whenever you make a significant change, or whenever you think about it just go to 'save as' and change "Title_001_001.XXX" to "Title_001_002.XXX" and click save. You'll end up with forty files, but you'll never have this kind of problem again.

Its pictures like these that make me want to try and do a space of
my own, but I lack patience and I suck (not really good at doing
lots of stars) and my planets look flat so heck - I let the pro do them
so I can oggle at them later.
This is breathtakingly beautiful.
My condolences on the lost of the full resolution.
I know what that is and how it feels.

This is a really beautiful piece. I've been looking at it for about ten minutes now, and it's like an optical illusion - every time my eyes visit another part of the galaxy, there's something new to be seen and discovered.
Possibly my favourite part out of the whole thing is the fact that in the middle of the nebula and to the left hand side, it looks like there's a smoky, red horse galloping through the cosmos, and its tail trails back through the universe. Or maybe I'm just seeing things. I need glasses anyway =]
But other than that, there's no comment I could leave that expresses my awe and wonder perfectly... well done, again. Keep on drawing.

This whispers "Carl Sagan": it's easy to imagine him, wandering around in your picture, voyaging through the cosmic vastness.....
Brilliant.

Like how the bright spots and the planet in the corner attracts your attention upwards, to higher limits more so than forwards like most space art does.

Amen to space exploration. An age of space exploration would be very exciting but at the same time very dangerous.
Nice picture.

Beautiful. I love the variety of shaoe and colour in this, and it's a darned shame that the full-size one got deleted. -.-
Fantastic!
