Design for Rouge 4 the brothers AU
rather than a full-time agent she’s more of a morally grey sometimes thief who helps the government for personal gain... or to help Shadow. Whether she should be trusted by GUN is a mystery, but Shadow is safe with her. She has been told very little about Shadow and Sonic’s past but does know some key events, however she cannot tell either of them much for their safety and hers. Instead she urges for them to figure it out by themselves and interrogate the GUN as much as they want lmao

The outfit might change overtime but I wanted her to look really casual and completely undercover (as an agent).
