You really shouldn't compare people's original designs to pre-existing ones. It's a bit rude, and there really is no such as a completely original character.
It's not our character anyway. This was an adopt made by LemonHoneyMaye and it was from an adopt batch. And, until I told them about this comment, they had no idea what TWEWY was.
Characters looking like pre-existing characters is a really common thing... Even with yours, which is based on you, I was able to find a few pictures within the first five minutes of searching: sta.sh/2c8fzz090yw

Lol, it's okay! I looked into it and the character does look kinda like it, but details are definitely completely different. I like the design anyway regardless of what others think.
