... Ok so technically not a Time Lord... Except for when he is... but he isn't... or he kind of is... hes in the body of a... Well as a Guardian of Time he... It's complicated and trying to uncomplicat it is just the kind of sick twisted game The Toymaker would adore and for that reason alone I refuse to play.ΒPart of my Time Lord Line up series.

To be honestΒ not sure this guy should come back. Think the character and the idea behind him might be a little dated. But never say never and if you were going to do it I could seeΒ Β Hugh Laurie or Bill Nighy playing it well. But I think a costume update would be in order haha.

I just don't know if he would work in a modern episode with how they're structured, I suppose he might work in a throw back sort of way or as a cameo villain in a story not the main villain.

The Celestial Toymaker was supposed to return in a Sixth Doctor story The Nightmare Fair, which of course made it into the Big Finish Audios. The Toymaker is definitely someone I'd like to see make a return in the new series.

I know he stole the body of a Time Lord. Could you imagine how horrible it must have been for the First Doctor, to know that he was dealing with some..... Thing in the body of his old friend? Who else is coming in your series?

Oh I can't tell you that and spoil the surprise, but what I can say is there will definitely be 8 pieces in this series possibly 9 to 12 we shall see
