Had an idea to continue the last comic thingy... Drafted it out in my sketchbook, then scanned it for some rough photoshoooop'n.Next: [link]

Not as good as the last one, I know... but I wanted to continue exploring my idea as well as emphasize Disqord's true nature.
I have four other strips sketched out (including a conclusion)... I'll try and post them this week, but if I can't, they all can function as stand-alones... so there's no cliffhangers to drive you crazy.

AWESOME. Adding blood to Discord, is maybe too much to me (I think about him, as a... well spirit of only chaos. He didnt hurted anyone, he just made everyone's [everypony's?] glasses to explode. And makes everyone unhappy and pissed off). But it just fit sooo well, I can't complain. Also cannot missed the lightning behind CHAOS. It's sooo... It fits. Veeeeery well.

Thus, the noble creature tragically becomes a beast of chaos, a harbinger of destruction and despair. It realized that fitting into order was a waste of time, so it took the path that it saw as being the alternative, the path of chaos.
I find that a lot of chaos villains in stories tend to leave order for good reasons, but then they fail to see the alternative to both order and chaos, the balance of the two. This alternative is Liberty.
Very good picture. The art is amazing. And the creature is interesting to psychoanalyze.

Since he is the spirit of chaos/disharmony... he is opposed to any sort of balance. Balance brings order, and a disruption of balance brings chaos.
And as a chimeric spirit, he cannot be psychoanalyzed by a "science" that was invented to analyze humans... He exists outside of the "human"... But I suppose that makes him interesting to try and psychoanalyze.
I suppose I view him more in terms of what he represents, rather than as an anthropomorphic character with a mortal-like mind. Like John de Lancie's other character, "Q".
And since Disqord is the spirit of Disharmony, I would think it prudent for his own existence to be one of disharmony... It is not in his nature to ever be in balance, but it is not of nature for him to be able to control chaos for his own whims... And the power of nature (the universe...etc) trumps the individual.
