You have really demonstrated just what can be achieved through traditional media and how certain tools of the trade can out shine digital in many ways to create breath taking work.
What makes this piece so captivating is how you blend a variety of pen work, colour and traditional motives to bring such energy to work and it's appearance. The way you've dribbled ink over pen is outstanding and it really expresses bold and vivid energy to view the work. What also makes it work is how you have used soft additions of colour that has caressed itself into one another. The use of pen helps tone this done , but allows the detail of the model to become more noticeable and lively through the background colour.
You've also shown a great deal of creativity in this piece and how you show real talents for the realm of fantasy/horror style art.
It is a sign of potentials and just what you can possess and unearth from such a skill.
Keep it up.

Thank you very much. I think in this piece I've been mixing the things I used to do before (masking tape, drawing ink, ballpoint pen) to make something more stunning to the eye and outstanding.. I'm happy about the result, as much about the concept than technically, I'm glad you pointed everything you liked about it.

Wow!

Hmm...I got that the spiders weren't tying the person down, but they were making their web because the hand wasn't moving. And I focus a lot on the splatter of blood by the butterflies. The caterpillar-->butterfly transformation seems like some sort of evolution, or promotion. And the lack of a head and body being sewn together seems like it's torn between the two options. Either go for the promotion, which would take a lot of blood, sweat, and tears, or stay where you are and get tied down by the spiders and never progress anywhere in life.
I really want to know what you were thinking now. Send me a message or something.

Your interpretation just makes my jaw explode. (It's like dropping violently x10)
It's pushed far without being too far, just enough to make me look at my own piece and discover other things about it, I am so glad to recieve that kind of comments...

What I see is a lack of control, something that's not you trying to "control" your life. Like if your taught (the tentacles) were trying to feed themselves without your permission. Something makes me think of a feeling of not belonging to this world, like if there was no real attachment (no legs).
Butterfly in splattered blood, life's leaving.
Spider going out of the veins, darkness is raising.
That's what I see

J'aime bien la vision des jambes qui font en sorte qu'il y a pas vraiment d'appartenance dans ce monde, j'y aurais pas pensé toute seule... Très intéressante interprétation, merci d'm'en avoir fait part!

Yes, in a way there's something about this for sure, butterflies and spiders are like good and evil, so... But I think personnal interpretation is always much deeper than trying to guess the other one's thoughts, you know? ^^

getting to see your macabre pieces always makes me so happy about arts *_*
feels like a division of personalities to me, like how someone acts very happy in front of maybe friends or family, and then when they're alone, it's a different story.
my friend was like this for a while, rarely showing his sad side to people until he got help for it because it was affecting everything else he was doing. :c
but yeah that's the feel I'm getting *_*;;

Yep, there sure is something about contrasts (of attitude in your interpretation) in this, I'm glad your friend has gone through this though. ^^ (Well, not the bad part but the ending of the story... ...Cause I assume it went good...)
