Tapu Lele's version of Nature's Madness would involve it generating a giant psychic scale in the sky which then rains 100 erratic beams of psychic energy at the opponent.

it has a personality described as a force of nature yet playful, it can scatter strange powder-like scales that are a manifestation of it's psychic powers, these can heal every disease on the world, even terminal ones, however too much of these scales may cause the victim's immune system to fail, causing death, for defense it can use moves like Draining Kiss which involves Lele generating a psychic energy heart that "kisses" the opponent, draining all of it's life energy while being charmed by the kiss, using it's tentacle-like hair to telekinetically Tickle opponents to lower their guards, releasing an aromatic scale-powered fog that stops any opponents fighting or raging, using Mean Look to trap victims in a semi-visible dome of compound eyes made of psychic energy while giving them horrific illusions of insects, using Extrasensory in a different way involving launching a rainbow-colored beam with magenta outline which causes the oppponent to perceive everything like an "insect" while confusing and damaging the opponent so severely it will temporarily lose it's identity.
it's most dreaded ability however... is generating a very surreal Psychic Terrain across the entire landscape, where Tapu Lele can create horrific things that only exists within the terrain, as psychosomatic illusions or completely made of fleshy psychic energy, which also includes creating anomalous Pokemon that do things no real Pokemon should do, the ground itself becomes distorted while the opponents get their visual perception warped beyond recognition, plus it gives all psychic-types a boost in the terrain, in the psychic terrain Tapu Lele can summon hostile shadows from it's subsconscious, generate a swarm of psychic compound eyes that can "steal" your vision upon contact, leaving opponents permanently blind, a storm of psychic scales that traps you in a loop of pain and healing, plus it can give short sentience to actual inanimate objects, also along with it's teleporting powers Lele can also teleport it's entire psychic terrain, etc.

Your Tapu Lele and Mega Gardevoir should hang out sometime. They would become good friends, I think.
I do miss Lele's hat, though.
On a related note, Tapu Lele has a higher Special Attack than a normal Gardevoir, while Gardevoir has a higher Special Defense. Thought that was significant.
