I used Autodesk Sketchbook myself to draw this, but any digital parts I mention should be universal with most popular art software so it'll still apply

I use deviant art muro and I'm not sure if I can do some of these things so that's why I asked

There's plenty of free art software out there that's just as good as any paid ones like FireAlpaca or Krita or MediBang Paint , I think you'd do well to try one of them out as an alternative to muro for stuff like this
