Umm...yes it is Foster's Home...o_o(HAH XD! My obsessions combined!!!) I seriously wanted to do this since the first times I've drawn Frankie and Mac!
And because the fact that everyone keeps telling me that my version of Frankie looks like Misty...and I would have to agree
Was originally just going to be Frankie and Bloo...but I added Mac for the heck of it
