Okay, so this is something I'm working on. Does anybody know how to add rain to a picture? I've looked through the filters in Photoshop, but I didn't find anything that adds long, vertical lines to a pic. I really need to know, guys. Rain and a background are all I need to complete this.Related content

In Phtoshop add a new layer over it, then add Noise with the filter (as much as you want) then in Blur use the Motion Blur. There you have it. Hope this helps you. ^_^

Maybe using a pencil or some other artistic filter... Do it separately, in other picture. Draw black or dark gray lines freehandedly, in the direction you want and then use the pencil strokes filter (or something similar, I've forgot, too long since using PS last time) and that sould do... Play with colours, add droplets, blur them... The add the whole picture you've made like this as a new layer in the upper pic, order it behind the man, add transparency to it and there you go...
Should work in some way like that...

The part "order it behind the man" is not needed... The rain mst fall on him too... So transparent layer should do the trick...
