Yes, the pic scares me too. But what can you expect? I'm a noob.
Everything was done following a tutorial, except the hair and eyes, which I managed myself because the tutorial's way was too hard and I'm lazy.
Reference was my little brother, only he doesn't have hair like that. I gave him long, anime hair because that's easier to paint.
Done using Photoshop CS2.
