I ACTUALLY WROTE THE FIRST CHAPTER OF DOCTOR DANDY. Holy fuzzbuckets, hooray tango~ C: I dunno if I should upload it or not for I am also trying not to abandon Ch. 55 of D-ville, but this here's an OLD thang I drew a while ago based on the first chapter.
Charlie, a weary wanderer and rehabilitated nutcase, mumbles around town feeling ever so lost and meets a series of unappreciated events along the way such as nasty street folk, taunting ghosts, and muggers. :c
Then the protagonist, Andi, finds him along the docks and assists the poor guy on his journey to Happy Lane, where his long-lost home has awaited him for a while. XD
The two get to know each other and so sparks a temporary friendship followed by a venomous battle of wits between two neighbors. >D
If you are wondering what's all that junk on Andi, she's a trash-picker. Paid a whopping two sweens (currency: about 50 cents) an hour.
They live in a pooor-arse neighborhood. xD

You know what this looks like? Dr. Seuss meets Tim Burton. I love how the bits of color fade into black. Very eerie.

Uggh, why am I so slow on commenting on your stuff? XD I just love the darkness to this, the way you did sort of "scratchy" lines. I know you always draw it like that, but for some reason it's particularly-evident in this picture.

It sounds like a really interesting start for two later on mortal enemies, and I'm actually surprised! I had expected something completely different...
Really great job with the lighting, and I'm impressed that you managed to mix the glow with the transparency!

Yup. ^^ At first he was a good guy and so they became temporary buddies.
Then when she notices later on that he's actually a killer then the suspicions rise.

I love this drawing! It's like what would happen if Tim Burton's art and Dr. Seuss' art got together and had a baby, but darker and more chaotic, yet sweet at the same time. It's awesomely amazing.

O_O... Woah. I didn't see that coming! Dandy is Charlie in the beginning of the story? That's epic to put in your story! On that way the struggle between Charlie and Dandy is followed from the very start and makes the whole story even deeper and better!

The drawing may not be colourful, but it doesn't stop it from looking so amazing. I love the lighting you gave it, and the foreshadowing green! You always manage to sneak in green in your Dandy drawings! I know it's an important colour, but it's a lot of fun wondering where the green will appear next!
They detail you put into your work never fails to amaze me. I like how you drew Charlie, and the dirt that's dropping off him. And the messy hair! Bwaaaah~
