Well... you asked for it and you got it.Here's Mellon's Octobersville counterpart, Mello Dee.
He is one of Minus Zero's minions who could never, ever, EVER stop crying. He's a depressed sad-sack who can barely even talk because he is too busy sobbing. Get a load of all those buckets of tears! I'm surprised he didn't drown himself yet!
I feel bad for him
The poor guy is in desperate need of a hug but Minus and Clockman Tinko are too mean to give him one. This guy still hangs out with those two freaks even though they are bullies to him.
I drew him in blue to make him look like a very sad character.
There's some irony in his name because:
...Melloni "Mellon" Collie - Mellon+Collie= melancholy
...Mello Dee - Mello+Dee= melody
