Description “In my time amongst them, the kings and priests had a strong need for the world around to understand their opulent life. While the interiors were homes of gold trim and ornaments, the exteriors of their churches and keeps were bastions of stoic protectors and cobble monoliths. However, the taste in architecture changed after the stone deceit incident.

On a dark night during the early days of the demonic plague, the king had stationed guards to watch the entrance of a cathedral, believing it to be a target of demonic attack. Additional security would be alerted to the plaza outside the cathedral, where they would find the corpses of the stationed guards with bones broken and armour smashed. Death caused by falling from monstrous heights.

This cathedral was known for having been adorned with numerous beautiful gargoyles to amplify it’s beauty. But on this night, other guards had claimed there had been a few too many of those figures sitting atop the building. And now, the cathedral holds no garogyles at all. By order of the local king, all gargoyles have been removed from every building in his city with other kingdoms eventually following suit. On that night, humanity learned that Demons have eyes everywhere, even in the skies were god is said to watch.”
