Description
The Repulse-class battlecruisers were a group of ten vessels built for Terran Systems Alliance Navy during the Clone Wars. Designed as a quicker construction time version of the later Jutland-class battleship, these vessels were planned to be able to hold their own in a fleet action against anything smaller than a full sized capital ship.

Of the ten planned ships only 8 would be completed, and of those only six would see combat during the Clone Wars. The vessels would remain in service post-war and would eventually be refitted to modern standards shortly before the Galactic Empire attacked the TSA in 3 ABY, during which one of the vessels would be lost. She would later be joined by two of her sister ship before the end of the war in 7 ABY. In the aftermath of the war, the remaining vessels would be decommissioned and placed in the reserve fleet.
