Kirra always loved animals and nature, possible even more than she did herself. She would never hurt another living thing, people, animals, insects, whatever they were; she viewed herself as she truly was, ultimately inconsequential to the world as a whole. She loved to take hikes, to take pleasure in the little things; long hikes, through any kind of nature setting.
One day she decided she would go through a cool looking forest she had "found". It was near to some sort of temple, she didn't remember what sort of polytheist religion used to be there, though. She was walking through the forest barefoot.
"Ow!" She squealed. She looked down, and saw she stepped on a pointed rock. She wasn't bleeding, so she decided to keep walking.
A few steps later, she tripped and fell over face first.
"What the..?" She tried to get up, but she couldn't move her legs. "What's happening?" She turned around onto her back and saw her shorts had ripped and fallen off. "Good thing no one ever comes here... wait, I still can't get up." She thought she may have been hallucinating, but it looked as though her thighs were fusing together. She sat up and screamed when she saw that they were fusing, and that her panties had ripped apart. She sat there completely helpless as her legs fused completely up to the knees, then stopped for a short time.
Kirra felt a sharp pain as eight small spikes poked their way through each of her legs, four on each side. Her legs now continued to fuse, but they were also expanding outward, getting longer. Kirra continued to scream, unable to do anything. Her 'leg' was now five feet long, and fused up to her ankles. Kirra noticed those eight spikes were much longer now, and were spreading out. They also each had one bend in them about half way through.
Now the fusion reached her feet. Kirra continued to scream as her feet were molded together and reshaped into a... What was that? It looked like a bee's stinger, but much larger. Her leg was still growing out, and so were those spikes. Kirra's bod was now completely numb. She couldn't scream anymore, now she just cried. Her leg finally stopped growing once it reached what looked like it was about 10 feet long, and each of those 'spikes' had grown into an appendage about 1 and a half feet on each side of the joint. The spikes were popo black, and her leg had changed to a light brown color.
The changes had stopped, and she leaned over to touch her new body part, still crying. It felt... smooth, but not like skin, like... scales. The eight legs coming out of it felt hard and crunchy(no she didn't break one). She noticed she could move her long new tail around freely at any point, it was completely flexible, but also very, very strong. She stood up on her eight legs, which somehow felt very easy to do, but felt a sharp pain in her back.
Two black bat-dragon wings sprouted from her shoulder blades, this time much more quickly, through the span of half a second. A quick surge of pain shot through Kirra, followed by a numb feeling. Her wingspan was about eight feet across. Not knowing what to do, she licked her teeth, but noticed that her top canine teeth were longer. Kirra was growing fangs out of the top of her mouth, and they grew to reach the bottom of her lips. In addition to this, two large spider-like pinsirs were growing out of her cheeks. That hurt, a lot. Kirra began to cry again, and got a few final tears out before even here eyes changed to snake-like eyes with slits across them.
Kirra's torso remained unchanged, but her legs had formed a long snake tail. There was still a shapely ass-shaped bump under her hips, though. Along her snake tail, she had eight spider legs, four on each side, she could walk with these. Her arms were he same, but her fingernails had sharpened into long sharp claws. She now had two large wings coming out of her back, she hadn't tried, but she felt like she could really fly with them. Her face had changed, too. Her eyes were more reptilian, her tongue like that of a snake or a lizard, as well as two long fangs and two big pinsers coming out of her cheeks. There was one thing left that was going to be changed.
Kirra had been so worried before, worried for herself, but now she felt something different. Her brain flooded with new thoughts, and her own thought patterns were adjusting to match her new drygan body. Kirra felt something she felt all the time before all this happened, but with a different take, something slightly different as her final goal. This feeling intensified, and she found her wings could fly, as she flied out of the forest in search of other animals, anything that moved. Or even better, other humans. This feeling would intensify even more until she found some, this strengthening feeling of hunger.
