Aside from her, Lillie's room was empty. Generally, she'd had little company while on her journey through Kanto. This evening, it was just her there.

This solitude, however, had its silence broken up by the sound of crackling lightning through the air in her room. Lillie, who had been lying on her bed, quickly sat up to look around. A harrowing, yet familiar sight materialized in front of her. At the foot of her bed, an abnormality in spacetime was glowing, and slowly growing. Lillie recognized this as being one of the wormholes that she had seen several times as a result of the Aether Foundation's experiments. In response to this rapid and unexpected development, Lillie determined that the best course of action would be to escape and find help, so she left her bed, albeit under-dressed, and began to head for the door as quickly as she could. Before she could leave the room, she was stopped by a chirping sound from where the wormhole was forming.
After a brief moment of paralyzing anxiety, Lillie turned around to see what she had expected, but also feared. One of the Ultra Beasts, a Nihilego, had come through the wormhole. The same beast that had poisoned her mother and had been at the heart the greatest conflict of her life thus far.
Lillie could hear her heart beating in her ears, but stayed still.
"That thing... I need to get away," she thought, while trying to remain silent and control her breathing. "I don't think it can see me, so I just have to get out of this room."
She reached for the doorknob of the only exit; this is when the glass jelly turned to face her. Whether her reasoning had been sound or not, the Nihilego could hear her, and grabbing onto the doorknob made just enough sound to attract its attention. In one moment, the creature lunged for her as he attempted to swing the door open and escape. As soon as she realized she would not be able to outrun the beast, Lillie closed her eyes and covered her face to brace herself.
But...
The Nihilego didn't do much of anything. After a few seconds of dreadful silence, Lillie opened her eyes to see the creature retreating through the wormhole that brought it here, which then proceeded to close behind it.
"That's right. I guess they're animals after all. Maybe it was just confused and scared, like I was. It can go back home now, I hope." Lillie muttered to herself while crossing her arms. As her arms touched, she realized that the Nihilego hadn't exactly left without doing anything. Some kind of sweat-like fluid had come into contact with the bare skin of Lillie's arms, and she had not felt it until then.
"This is not good. This might be its toxins," Lillie worried as she headed toward the bathroom to wash it off. Strangely, however, just as quickly as she tried to remove it, the affected skin started to feel odd. Not painful, just odd. The liquid disappeared from her arms with ease, but the strange feeling persisted. Lillie poked at it, and thought to herself, "this might be bad. I should find someone to help before it-."
Her thoughts were interrupted by a rather sudden visual symptom of the toxin's effect. The affected skin started to discolor, turning a shade of muted blue. Lillie's heart started to beat faster and faster as the unusual feeling spread up her arms and through her body, and the blue coloration followed shortly behind it. The combined sight and thought of whatever was happening stopped Lillie from moving, and the shock of it all got in the way of her thoughts. As the toxin spread, more of her body discolored, and she started to feel her own clothes become extremely tight around her chest and hips. The light sleeping attire she had worn to bed began to stretch as her breasts swelled and her hips widened. While all this was happening, the strange sensation brought on by the toxin concentrated at two points on the top of her head, and she began to regain some composure.
"What's happening?" She thought. "Nihilego's toxins... I remember that Mother looked different when she merged with one of them, but it wasn't like this!"
Out of the corner of her field of vision, Lillie could see a few strands of her usually blonde hair had started to bleach and become purely white. She touched the top of her head, as if to try to feel what was happening, and realized why that sensation had concentrated where it had. Two sharp buds, the starts of horns, had sprouted there.
"Oh Arceus..." She whispered.

The sensation of the toxin quickly filled her entire body in the same concentration as hadbeen on her head. As her curves continued to grow, stretching and tearing her the unfortunate clothes, the sensation it brought on began to change. While before, it had felt like only a tingle that brought horrible worries and anxiety with it, it now felt almost like a warm bath or a tight embrace. Lillie realized, albeit only briefly, that the toxin was now giving her pleasure through her entire body. She reasoned that something so obviously bad for her feeling increasingly good couldn't be a good sign, but this reasoning quickly faded amidst the mounting pleasure.
As her new horns reached their full size, a few more features, neither human nor Nihilego in appearance, began to appear. Her coccyx extended into a spade-tipped tail, as the buds of two new limbs grew from her back. Lillie could feel these changes happening, and was fully aware of it, but could no longer think of any reason to resist. It may be more accurate to say she could feel no reason to resist, as thoughts were not what currently filled her head.

As the two new limbs grew into dark, leathery wings, Lillie did the only thing the sensation was telling her to do. She closed her eyes and opened her mouth to moan, revealing how her canine teeth had sharpened into fangs. As she felt up and down her newly changed body, Lillie quickly became aware that her nails, too, had grown much longer and sharper; she put them to good use by tearing and removing what was left of her clothing.
As the acute and all-encompassing pleasure of the Nihilego's toxins subsided, giving way to a more muted, though still intense, kind of pleasure, Lillie's mouth relaxed into a tooth-bearing smile, and her eyes opened. Her once green and bright eyes were now narrow bright slits amidst pure black scleras. As the fear on her face suggested, all feelings of fear and concern had vanished. In its place was... a new feeling?
Whatever Lillie was feeling, she had no name for it; it was entirely alien. Though, before she had any opportunity to give it a name, another wormhole opened up, just like the last one. This time; however, instead of an ultra beast, a human came through. A very familiar human.
While the traveler was still disoriented from passing through spacetime, Lillie quickly pieced together what must have happened. A trainer from a distant region, a champion in fact, wanted so badly to see a friend who had left on their own journey that they tried to create a means of fast travel to see her, even if it meant tearing wholes through the fabric of the multiverse.
"Such loyalty is deserving of a reward," thought the new Lillie.
Of course, at the same time, messing with godly powers beyond human understanding, much less a single adolescent, was wholly irresponsible. So much so that a fun, yet dangerous, and inquizitive wanderer found their way here before the fool.
"That, however, deserves a punishment."
Though not yet aware of the situation, the lovestruck traveler was about to receive both.
