I wonder how they made her...well um....stupid teenage mind.
Yeah, it's kind of not fair that Woody couldn't stay with her, but if it helps a fan's headcanon says that Woody's new owner family was the one that bought her, maybe her birthday was coming up, and that was her birthday?

cool! yeah, little bo peep's voice actress died, and I think she as replaced with Dolly.

Actually, that's not true. Bo Peep's voice actress, Annie Potts, is still alive.
They just wrote Bo out of Toy Story 3. That's all.
Either way, I'm still not pleased that they wrote her out either way, since she's Woody's girl. And the fact that Buzz and Mr. Potato Head got to keep their respective lovers kinda adds further salt to the wound.
