my suggestion would be to make Jack's arms and legs thinner, his anatomy is just weird like that. But I do like this

They actually have kids! On the soundtrack in the song 'Closing', their's a lyric that says "So, many years later I thought I'd drop in, And there was old Jack still looking quite thin,With four or five skeleton children at hand."

The way I see this actually happening is that it's actualy a stuffed baby doll left behind from Jack's Christmas Takeover Fiasco. With the power of Doctor Finkelstien's genius, Jack and Sally brought it to life and adopted!
