Has this been done yet? I randomly realized Robbie Rotten's outfit and Zircon's outfit have a very similar silhouette.. This had to be done! pfpfph i hope you guys enjoy my urge to make something silly ahaha

E-hem.. well here's a rundown on what I thought of while drawing him.

-He is a offcolor, as overheated Zircons do gain more colors.
-He makes jokes, but feels the need to explain them each and every time.
-He can summon his monocle, but he has absolutely no idea how to use it properly, so it's just a decoration to him.
-Bad at being bad.
