Sure, but you have to change the skin file a bit.
You can try doing it yourself, by changing the "Y" values of the individual "elements" of the skin (You can open the skin file by right clicking the skin and then on "Edit skin").
If you have problems with rearranging the track info, please let me know and I may be able to help you

Hey, i'm quite stupid and i've been having trouble connecting spotify to the player. The skin is on my desktop, but it just reads as "N/A" 3 times. Any thoughts on what i might be doing wrong?

You probably need to install a newer version of the Spotify plugin
