Description
So this is a sort of sequel painting to my Inner Demons piece which I painted exactly a year ago today;
I still have my down days and those demons are still there swimming around, but they are a lot more quiet than they used to be and I feel as though I'm in a much better place than I was last year so this piece is to symbolise that ^-^
Things do still get tough now and then but I try to focus on the positive things in my life to keep my demons at bay
I upload more process stuff and WIP's on Instagram so follow me there if you want more regular updates because I am super slow to upload things

I thought the exact same thing when I saw the same image used to represent this Deviant Art user on page 55 of the MCM London Comic-Con Show Guide I got on Friday last week. Glad I'm not the only one who thought of Alice's / Destiny Blue's upload

Hmm yes I suppose apart from I painted mine 4 months previous and because she's a big artist people assume small artists copy work like theirs when in fact they're trying to make their own name.

Still the similarity in the idea is surprising to me. Is there any commonly known metaphor with this kindof fish and hair I am missing?

Sorry I took it a bit harshly, it's just happened before and the first time nearly made me give up painting but that's what ade me do my 'words hurt' piece so it's a bit of a raw subject for me.
As for the fish, I'm not sure if there's any general significance, this was just a follow up piece to one I painted a year previously which also had fish in~
