Description Now forget old and dying  Herman, have young and full of life commander Kowalski!
I pictured Herman with his aleve, Shirotore, and one of his inventions - the firesword (it`s more than just a sword  And btw these fabulous mechanical wings (flyug) were created by Herman too. He is very talented guy!) As you may notice, Herman has the scars on his shoulders. (The same scars are on his hips). In the Serpent bridge battle (where Ray lost his eye), commander Kowalski was brutally murdered. Kangee-Yoners cut off all his limbs and let him bleed to death. But Herman`s got his second chance. Edmund found and resurrected him. Herman recieved the new legs&arms and the firebeast - as a bonus. Edmund used a different technology, and that`s why Herman`s limbs look natural, not like Ray`s arm  . Herman is something about 38-39 here
Still playing with brushes and textures. Hope, it came out good

That reminds me of the legend of St. George, or the Archangel Michael, taming the dragon.
Not killing it, but restraining it and making it something good.

Wings and sword, right?

Right.

And it is how they - at first quick sight - appear to melt into each other.

It's actually a nice picture of harmony between the two of them.

Thanks! This firebeast is different from others - Shirotore manifests from the beams of light appering around Herman, and others - from the glowing yellow liquid wich drops from an owner`s eyes (like tears)

Oh...I knew they were different.
But I didn't know they were made of pure poesy!

Hmm - do I fave this under dragons or under characters?

Anyway as a male, I love scantly clad ladies with dragons - so it is just fair that the ladies love scantly clad men with dragons, isn't it?!

Who knows? I must confess - I love drawing nude (os shirtless) males. That`s my way of studying anatomy And btw I have female-dragon riders characters too. Would I draw them that way? Maybe someday
