A commission featuring Disney villains! I loved drawing this one. It's the cartoonist in me I guess. I chose the title because I've always loved the song "When You're Evil" by Voltaire...especially when they put it to Disney bad guys on youtube.
Anyway, I doubt they need any introductions but here are Cruella Devil, Ursula, Hades Jafar Lady Tremaine, The Evil Queen from Snow White, Malificent, Scar, Captain Hook, and Judge Doom from Who Framed Roger Rabbit (sort of a "Disney" villain).All characters copyright Disney and Amblin/Touchstone Pictures
