The greediest merc of all, Zartan. He was (and is) my favorite G.I. Joe character of all. The hood and Alice Cooper eye-makeup for one. Head of his own biker gang, The Dreadnoks, for another. But I loved the idea of him being this chameleonic master of disguise. Plus he was the little known third party in the Storm Shadow/ Snake Eyes feud.Just an all around kick ass guy who even shot an arrow through that dork Serpentor's eye.

Ok he was a bit overbearing but to me CC in the cartoon was ten times worse. Of course fear even worse what Joseph Gordon Levitt will do to him
