To be honest... it's okay ^_^ Not one of Your best to be sure, but for 30 minutes it actually looks really good.
And as for a design... I kinda like it 
In this regard Your... Dwarfatchu is actually a decent Pokemon

All part of my devious plan. I waited for months and months without drawing for the opportunity to present itself, and when you were gone I drew something.

And yes, it is fairly derpy, but it was just a silly spur of the moment thing from the banter between me and DaringDashie.
(and yes, G1 are the best. All these G2,3,4,5.... are just sub par imitations. I mean look at this rat, trying to pretend it's a Pikachu. Silly mouse)
I did enjoy trying my hand at something else other hen a pony.
Surprisingly, it's much easier. One less circle, and there's no legs to worry about.
No more ponies for me, gonna specialize in hard to draw Pokemon like voltorb xD

I see you posted that Cadence (or Cadance if you wanna be politically correct. Why is it Cadance anyway, if it's "Mi amore Cadenza?" Cadence is more logical to me
