Here is my first Tutorial ^^it's for my Swirl Eye ([link] )
I hope it can help you in any way.
I made it 'cause I was asked how I did it so I thought I just make my own Tutorial ^^
The Tutorial is for Photoshop and if there are any questions just ask me ^^
for example you cannot find a tool or something - because I have the German version so it could be that I do not have the right translations for the Tutorial in English ^^
