I just found my newest meme to use. I've always have had a fascination with these Alignment Charts and I found a blank one here on Deviantart and am now trying my hand at them. For the first one I used the monsters from Godzilla: Unleashed (Wii version)Lawful Good: All of the GDF Mecha (this makes sense since they are humanity's forces)
Neutral Good: Mothra and King Caesar (They are on friendly terms with humanity)
Chaotic Good: Godzilla, Anguirus and Rodan (otherwise known as the King and his Knights, Godzilla and his friends have been known to fight for the Earth when things get rough)
Lawful Neutral: Baragon and Varan (they don't seem to have any particular loyalty to humanity but they do ally themselves with Godzilla and the other Earth Defenders)
True Neutral: Biollante and Titanosaurus (I don't think Biollante or Titanosaurus are antagonistic per se towards humanity, they are simply trying to survive)
Chaotic Neutral: Megaguirus and Battra (Megaguirus feeds on humans for survival and Battra fights to protect nature)
Lawful Evil: All of the Aliens' monsters (The Aliens have their own evil, law-abiding society)
Neutral and Chaotic Evil: The remaining monsters: Destroyah, Space Godzilla, Obsidious and Krystalak (I'm unsure which place to put the remaining monsters, they are all destructive but seem to be neutral in their own cases)

Godzilla is Chaotic Good? I dont think so. Godzilla has not good and evil. 70s godzilla is maybe chaotic good .But 90s and 00s Godzilla is Chaotic Neutral or True Neutral . Because He is not Saving people. And they has no Justice.

It's all right, I couldn't find a good picture from the game that had the King and both his Knights in one picture, but I think I did a good job regardless.
