I've been watching a lot of Transformers Prime with and I just felt like doing an alignment chart for as many characters from that show as possible. Here are my results:
Lawful Good: Alpha Trion and Optimus Prime
Social Good: Raf and Bumblebee
Neutral Good: Jack and Arcee
Rebel Good: Smokescreen
Chaotic Good: Miko and Bulkhead
Lawful Moral: Agent Fowler
Social Moral: Cliff Jumper
Neutral Moral: Ratchet
Rebel Moral: Wheel Jack
Chaotic Moral: June Darby
Lawful Neutral: Ultra Magnus
Social Neutral: The Insecticons and the Nemesis/Tripticon
True Neutral: Predaking
Rebel Neutral: Knock Out
Chaotic Neutral: The Scraplets
Lawful Impure: Dreadwing
Social Impure: Cylas/Silas and M.E.C.H.
Neutral Impure: The Vehicons
Rebel Impure: Break Down
Chaotic Impure: Airachnid
Lawful Evil: Megatron
Social Evil: Shockwave
Neutral Evil: Soundwave

I'd personally switch Megatron and Soundwave myself... but everything else fits to a T, and its interesting to see alignments expanded upon as you have.
