Oooohh, I really like the designs for these two. I especially enjoy the detail connecting Cetus' bulbs to his antennae, as well as the way you brought character to a Chinchou's relatively simplistic shape.
And Virgo is absolutely adorable! I love his little floppy tail~
Heh...believes he'll evolve into a Wailord, eh? Well, I can only imagine that this will work out perfectly for him, and nothing will ever happen whatsoever to contradict his expectations.
