Dropnee are loved a lot by people. Dropnee is a very curious Pokemon and loves being anywhere near water. Dropnee can dissolve itself into the water and travel through, emerging whole from somewhere else. Dropnees are very scared of thunderstorms but for some reason love to be out in the rain.
Dropnee evolves into Bubbxer at level 16 which further evolves into Palool at level 36.
