Uirazoa lives in the deepest parts of the ocean. Scientists have found it living at depths over 10800 meters! Uirazoa is known to emit one of the brightest lights from all Pokemon. Its light can be seen from the surface of the ocean even though its more than 10800 meters below the surface. Anyone or anything that looks at Uirazoa's light is instantly blinded, even if they are closing their eyes! Uirazoa is capable of producing many different colors of light that it uses to communicate with other Uirazoas, blind enemies and defend itself. Touching Uirazoa leads to instant paralysis for life and affects the occipital lobe. Aside from paralyzing its target for life, the electricity it emits from its body completely eradicates the occipital lobe and leaves its victim blind for life with no way of recovering their eyesight. Uirazoa is the only Pokemon capable of learning Luminous Shock and Hydroelectric Surge.
