where only a body part is altered to be like another species, specifically the tongue

An underwater city... who would have thought?
Β Β Β Such a basic prospect: a sprawling city found deep under the waves off the west of Iceland's capital. Beryl imagined such an idea in her mind, imagining stone ruins, images of ancient gods, unknown texts just wishing to be translated, and maybe, just maybe... beings of magic.
Oh, what a wake-up call.
Β Β Β The place had air flow and functioning lights throughout, which was already surprising. The place looked... modern. There were no supernatural statues or indescribable blocks of text, but an old-fashion art-deco stylization and English text, some of propaganda, the name of this place, "Rapture," and one phrase that stood out in her mind:
"NO GODS OR KINGS, ONLY MAN."
