Yeah, I've mentioned before that Flora (one of Tomato's friends) is the oldest of eight foals. So, who are these ponies? Well...

1) Flora, explained in the 'Tommy and Friends picture: crazynutbob.deviantart.com/art…

2) Bananas, the dude who I originally planned for a funny interaction with Applejack (because "Apples and Bananas"). He's a major goofball, and is training to become a clown.

3) Ash Tree, the angsty artist. Based him on one of Suyin's kids in The Legend of Korra (Korra fans, you know the one). Why? Because I thought it'd be funny.

4) Olive the adventurous daredevil. Wanted a rough and tumble tomboy to contrast Flora's more peaceful nature. She originally had "Crash" in her name, but I don't think her parents knew how she'd turn out.

5) Alfalfa the shy gardener. Because I can never resist creating a shy boy character. Anyway, kid's a sweetheart, tends to plants with the same gentle nature that Fluttershy tends to animals.

6) Amber Waves the wry and energetic chatterbox. Fun fact: she was originally a sister I created for Cheese and Tomato, and was named Butterball. She was ultimately scrapped because drama reasons (she got along really well with Cheese), but much of her personality was placed on colt Tommy. Changed her name to fit in with the plant theme of this family.

7) Willow, the little "princess" of the family. She has a tendency to stare at strangers.

8) Kernel Grin, the smiley colt. Look at him, isn't he cute?

So, yeah, had to get this out of the way because folks on tumblr and FIMfiction were getting curious about them. I have to say, I'm really liking this bunch. If I ever come up with a good story for them, I'd write about them in a heartbeat.
