Description Given recent events in a (long) fan fiction of mine and also it being the Halloween season, I figured I ought to draw this. Yeah, I've drawn werewolf Cheese before, but he was always too cute, so I tried to make this kind of scary. I failed, he looks kind of stupid instead, but I'm too lazy to fix it so blegh. XP

I've made a few changes to the pony werewolf design (before any smart guys say anything, yes, I know that "werewolf" means "man wolf", and it'd technically be called something else (not werepony, because werepony is stupid and would mean "man pony"), but since I couldn't come up with anything that sounded good, I just went with the curse being named after the guy who invented it--Wayer Rune (it ended up getting misspelled over the years)). The mane and tail extend into fringes on the legs and back, the cutie mark disappears during transformation, and the eyes turn black because dark magic.

Cheese in my fanfic also had some other magical baggage going on that made it so the curse more easily corrupted him, instead of him making his transformation hilarious in the way that he randomly acts like a dog--which he did at first until events started to tick him off.

Anyway, hope you enjoy, and I hope someone more talented than me can make a scarier version. Happy Halloween!

Okay. what other head canons do you have for the other species in the MLP world besides the three main pony types?

Well, I don't really care much for the other species, but there are a couple things I've got:

There are Changeling gangs in Applewood. The ponies there managed to catch some and had jailed them until the Great Changeling reformation back at the hive. Then the captured ones were picked up and sent to the hive, now under new leadership like in canon, and then were reformed. There are still some rogue ones still causing trouble in Applewood, though.

Minotaurs (why doesn't the show have more than just Iron Will? Sheesh!) are fairly superstitious. They fear full moons and eclipses (for good reasons; they were the first ever beings to encounter werewolves and they've noticed bad things happening during eclipses). They're always prepared for something terrible to happen, and by extension, always prepared for war. Long ago, these warrior types were bloodthirsty in battle; they've since mellowed out into while still a bunch of strong, stubborn beings, they're not always eager to start a fight (individuals may vary, though).

What do you think of bat ponies that aren't vampires, like Luna's guard?

Well, given the Nightmare Moon 'verse in The Cutie Re-Mark, I'm of the mind that it's just enchanted armor--because Luna just likes the aesthetic. I know everyone else prefers them to be real in-show (and they're apparently real in the comics, but that's selective canon to me so eh), but as far as I'm concerned, they're not (unless magic incidents like Fluttershy in "Bats!" or Tomato in Brotherly Bonding Time happen).

Ponies in my 'verse do get confused about it, though. XD
