Meet 899! He is (supposedly) "the most handsome stitchpunk ever created."This title can easily explain how self-confident and vain 899 can be.
Flirtatious and charismatic, he is certainly a ladies-punk, but his charm doesn't last long since his ego sours the moment.
He hangs out with 901 and her group because they seem to be the only ones willing to put up with him. (Besides, "Ladies like a man with a sense of adventure." as quoted from 899 himself.)
899 is often flirting on 897 for practice, and is usually physically rebuffed by her.
So far the only female stitchpunk to like him for longer than a few minutes is the young 900, whom has a massive crush on him.
Despite being a "ladies-punk" he has morals about age, and wouldn't dare date a girl much younger than he.
So he generally treats 900 nicely like a brother.
He's actually rather good at writing poetry and songs, and spends his free time thinking of new verses to write. (That and rehearsing pick-up lines in front of his mirror.)
