The legendary Toon fire starter.
He is a immortal and unhuman demon who swears to destroy all souls and spirits in existence.
If he ever enters a small town at night, then expect everyone the next day dead. Then you may ask yourself, why isn't mostly everyone dead already?

Well, you see, back in one of the time travel adventures Tim and Steve had, they went back to the prehistoric ages when the fire starter is just a "larva".
Tim struck a demonic contract with his inner demon.
The contract says that Tim can choose anyone to be cursed to wander isolated places FOREVER, under the price of "Tim having to fully obey his demon".
Tim selected the toon fire starter to be cursed, and SIGNED the contract...
Little did the inner demon know... that the "Tim obey demon" section was actually a paper slip covering up the sentence "inner demon obey Tim"!!!
Yep, thats right, Tim has tricked his demon into making a win win situation for Tim! Now not only the toon fire starter is trapped in small areas and prehistoric life gets to live on and flourish, but Tim's inner demon also have to obey him from that day on.
Thanks to prehistoric life flourishing, all modern day life exists...
