Hey fellow bandwagoneer!
Some comments:
1.) Sweet squid of Madrid, its like we're all pissed off. Every single one of us. I have yet to see a Shout that's not dripping with heartache and lonelyness. I would go blaming modern society for this, but I bet if there were some sort of DeviantArt cork board set up in the village square back in to 1400's and verily, all peasants were invited to post ye innermost thoughts in thy forme of arte workes, they would be very similar. Maybe more about turnips and less about gay sex though.
2.) Ah rum. The cause of and solution to all of life's problems.
3.) Buck-up Chin-a-roo, the JET program isn't that hard to get in to. Plus, there is also the GEOS program.

Hello, fellow lemming!
1) I'm beginning to think it's human nature to be continually disappointed and angry.
2) I've moved onto bourbon and martinis. Rum doesn't burn as smoothly as bourbon, and martinis are just delicious.
3) Got into JET as an alternate. On the bottom half of the alternate list. Chances of actually going have been reduced to 10%. JET has left a sour taste in my mouth from all the bureaucratic hoops one must jump through in order for the slimmest possibility of maybe-going. Fuck Japan; I'm going to med school. Or grad school for a MFA in Creative Writing.

1) Yeah, that's a pisser isn't it? Even when I've been the happiest I've ever been, I've always thought "Wow, this could get slightly better if only I had a __________" or something along those lines. Damn evolutionary biology not giving me tentacles I swear... Oh, hey, a metal door fell off its hinges and hit me in the head. I haven't been making much sense today.
2) Ooooh, martinis. I developed a real taste for Vodka Collins lately. Something about the sourness, also vodka.
3) Well hells bells. I've got a friend who is all giddy about getting in on the program, and another friend who's just gotten back. I'm not sure how they managed all the non-sense since neither of them are necessarily outstanding as teachers. I dunno. I just know they don't have a fat computer guys going to Japan and teaching Japanese girls to love program, so nuts to them.
