It's pictures like these that make me wish that there was a coffee table book that collected the concept art of the Ratchet games because these are just beautiful. There's just a real warmth to the choice of colors in this skyline and how, even though it's primarily a blue picture, there's a lot of reds and golds and greys painted into the cityscape and the colors don't clash. I would gladly live in this world if it was somehow possible; every little building, every little spaceship seems to tell its own story.
Meanwhile poor Clank only gets a good view of the wall in front of him and is starting to wonder why Ratchet has been standing there for so long...

I second the concept artbook motion; heck, with the movie coming out next year, I can't think of a better time for it to be released

I would enjoy both that and, if possible, for Naughty Dog to follow suit and release one for Jak and Daxter and their concept art for all the imaginary worlds in that game with all the Precursor ruins and bizarre creatures in that game.
A person could dream.

How come people don't view more of this cool piece of work!? It's so amazing. I'm just blown by the amounts of details you put into this work. I like sci-fi, but yours are the type of sci-fi that I like most; sci-fi & fantasy! I mean, the fantasy makes the sci-fi more fluid and full of life, not some robotic, dull, and lifeless sci-fi. Hehe. XD Well, amazing job in bringing doing the skycrapers.

Every time I go to the Insomniac Community sector I see this image and every time I stop just to look at it for a moment. It's just so... I don't know, just so-- it makes me want to know what is about to happen even though ToD has come out since so long.
