Another Reupload, because the cold never bothered him anyway.
I made this simply because I liked the effects that Cosby made for when Godzilla gets frozen by the Gelidian Ice Breathers. I figured that in this form, Godzilla would only be able to walk and fire a puny version of his normal Atomic Breath, since the ice would have frozen his arms in place.
