Wow, wow and wow ?
A creepy and disturbing atmosphere is created just by the lighting i believe. So alone you are in the middle of that room, so cold.

I love the symmetry and mix of textures. The model is so perfectly positioned and in a great pose.

blue and grey work together amazingly. i love the lighting and the texture details on the walls.
the sharp, rigid edges of objects and shadows on the walls adds a very nice visual contrast between the figure's vague and round outline.

i don't think that i really need to say nething, besides, ur prolly getting sick of reading the same old thing over and over again, so i'll just say that i like it ^__^

The lighting and deep, rich colour really make this piece. I'm not huge on the "crying, depressed, dark, gloomy, sad model" cliche that's so popular.. blah it's just overdone, but this shot is really quite superb because of it. The sharp and crisp detail really sets it apart too, and of course the almost two-toned look to it with the blue and deep greys.

That large shadow just MAKES the pic.
It looks like its something looming over and haunting the man.
That is a GREAT touch.
[I love light & shadow, I'm also rather obsessed with water reflection. I'm known to stare at puddles and bat hanging lights around just to see how the shadows react. Its a fun thing to study.]
