I totally prefer the oc of mine with Jacques than Mal to be honest....
Since so many people ship Jacques with Josee (myself included, in a non-oc existing universe aka the tv show its self) It feels rather fresh- there were so many Mal x Ocs it wasn't like new news to see it.Β
Plus that ship just doesn't work with Ellie anymore- she's way too innocent and caring, but too emotional and would probably be in distress constantly.... I feel that Jacques would be really good at, like, being a good person to his girlfriend/boyfriend (personally I see him straight but others seem to have other thoughts...xD)

And Ellie was like his "princess" in the RPs and he kind of abused HER emotionally... p.q

I ended it cause everyone shipped with Mal, and honestly I like the story I have for Ellie x Jacques instead... xDΒ

People seem to consider ocs with blonde/blue hair and attractive clothes as "Mary sue" in the TD fandom- but honestly speaking I don't agree.
I'd claim a td mary sue as an oc who is basically a td girl's body and hair with different clothes and different colour scheme.
