I had coding classes for one year and I'm still far away from being able to code anything. (we were using Dreamweaver) .-.
It's really hard to get the hang of it.

Both are really good.Β
DW has more functionnalities than NP++, you'll be very guided on it, that could you speed up a bit.Β
Whereas with NP++, you'll code with your "hands". Better to learn by yourself imo.
You should restart with NP++, really basic and simple to learn, easy to use and code on, even other languages than web.Β
Anyway, just follow some basic tutorials and you'll see that this program will be simply enough c:Β

I've been looking for one but could find a version which was compatible at all.
