i really dont mind Oc alicorn indeed. when i was little in the old serie there where alot of them..
but still alot of bronies dont like oc's in the overall. Yup i read it. they see 1 Oc and already call them g/mary sue.
pfff because if that i sometimes dont like to upload them but on the other hand i can do it because i am not wel know here

I think the only reason people don't like alicorn/unisus oc's is because we haven't seen any in MLP:FiM series besides Princess Luna and Princess Celestia depicting that they are the most powerful ponies in all of Equestria. It probably wouldn't have been that much of a big deal if we were talking about normal MLP. To most bronies Alicorn= All powerful being = Goddess/God = Mary Sue if made OC. And Skywind sort of left a bad taste in every ponies mouth about alicorns anyway. -shrugs-

I dont recall ever seeing a horn on any Skywind artwork.
Though By that same logic most of the things in the fandom we have not seen in the series. To date we've seen at most 10 hours worth of information. All of the fanfiction and all of the other OCs, all of the interactions between characters not devised by the writers should fall under the same blade. Because we've never seen it in MLP. It doesn't matter if its "More Plausible" for some of the things to occur. They still have not. All of the Scootalove and scootabuse, All of the shipping ... Non-canon.
So there is no defense of the attacks on Alicorn OC's with "it's non-canon" because Before episode 15, Derpy Hooves was non-canon.
Most Bronies also seem to not be acrtual fans of the series. How can you call yourself a fan of the series that promotes harmony and friendship, and disrespect it by ignoring what it had to say? By virtually slapping it in the face?
Probably because most of the bronies are /b/rony-tards. I've seen a lot of intolerance, bigotry, prejudice, mysogny and hatred amongst the bronies. Tell me, where is this taught in the show and not the opposite being promoted?
I've given a way for increased tolerance to exist. Whatever a personal fanon is is simply an alternate reality.

It's hard to see that's why most artists have missed his horn but it's there.
And yes I would put scootabuse/love whatever under that same blade. Scootabuse iirc was supposedly the way the fans were getting back at Lauren Faust for not having scootaloo Rainbowdash's sister because RD wasn't the caring sister type. I honestly didn't know Derpy Hooves/Ditzy Doo existed until I joined a brony community I didn't know she was a background pony that became popular because of the usual silly mess ups that we fans love about MLP. I agree it isn't taught in the show but it's there nonetheless most bronies will still see it as Mary-sue to have a alicorn/unisus oc. I was just explaining why most have issues with alicorns I personally could care less you want your pony to do magic while flying go for it. It's your character and I can't do sh-t about it so it's whatever.

Thank you for sharing those beautiful pictures. Personally I never bought the hate for skywind was due to the rather poor phrasing on that one piece of art work. Due to the reaction toward Flying V and the same hate. Even jumping to the conclusion that Flying V was a self insert rather than an excuse to bring Skydancer into MLP:FiM style.
Due to that negative reaction toward a regular OC, Scootabuse and the over use of gags that are only funny when being executed by Apple Bloom I dont veiw a portion of the fandom favorably. Of course the same tends to hold true in any given fandom you'll find darker parts. However, as I explained above anything I dont like already exists, within a different universe. And as I told another friend Ill never discourage art I don't like. I've seen some art I love inspired by art I hate. So I will practice what I preach and accept alternate points of veiw. I apologize if it seemed like I was attacking you.
I also have to just chalk up the line of "Rainbow Dash wouldn't make a good big sister" part up to the creators not knowing what theyre talking about. My little pony tends to be riddled with it. Saw a video recently that said that Celestia was the only winged unicorn. Hence the reference in the crash course above. Poor Luna. She really should have been in the show more rather than being another throw away villian.

It's okay I understand it happens and you're welcome they are beautifully done are they not. Plus do not fret my fellow brony friend it has been confirmed that Ditzy Doo/Derpy Hooves(Or who I like to call bubble butt) Luna and a few others will become frequent in season 2 n_n
