I made this in cinema 4D which is a 3D program.
By using some highlights and changing the lighting and materials.
The only thing I can think of when you do something digitally is when you make a vase just mess around with the filters to try and get that look or pre-draw the highlights and then try the filters.

Whoa! I thought this was a photo! You've done a brilliant job with the reflections and the curves and the lighting, which all adds up and makes this very realistic. I also like the fact that you've given it a bottom so that's it's obviously standing on something, but no background. Makes you really focus on the vase but without making it look like it's "floating". The only thing I would suggest is perhaps to have more space between the stems/straws and the top of the picture, as they look a bit cramped and there's a luxurious gap around all the other edges.
